$3850 and they even use the same indy Jag mechanic that I use, so I trust the maintenance. And, I mean, I have an XJ8, so I wouldn’t have to go Jag-less when the supercharger inevitably goes tits up.

Actually, if I recall correctly, the tranny in the XJR is much more realizable than the ZF in my X308.

I can’t speak from first hand experience, but the general consensus amongst owners seems to be that the Mercedes transmission in the XJRs is much more reliable than the ZF in the NAs.
